Veggies with fruits here , meat and sweets there, all of these I love. It seems that we forget everything once we get a scent of palatable treats. Here are 10 foods I love with all my taste buds.
- FAST FOOD
1.) French Fries

Of course, they’re number 1! Deep Fried Crunchy Potatoes in strips plus that slight salty taste, Oh! you couldn’t ask for anything more. Wait…. its served with a side of ketchup? YUMMM!!
2. Cheeseburger

Buns, lettuce, ketchup a slice of cheese and a patty in between. This masterpiece will surely satisfy your cravings.
3.) Pizza

A savory dish of Italian origin. It is typically round and is divided into equal parts with a very thick crust at the edge.
4.) Steak

Meat which is generally sliced across the muscle fibers, then grilled and sometimes seasoned.
5.) Fried Chicken

Dressed chicken in flour, seasoned then deep fried. Delicious!
- HEALTHY FOOD
1.) Banana

A sweet yellow fruit -botanically a berry- with a mushy consistency. It is the main source of potassium. It also has traces of vitamin B6, proteins and fibers.
2.) Potato

A starchy, tuberous root crop. It is full of calories. It the main ingredient of several dishes such as French Fries or Casseroles. It is a good source of calories, vitamin B6, resistant starch, antioxidants and magnesium.
3.) Apple

A sweet edible fruit rich in anti-oxidants, flavanoids and dietary fibers. It is good for weight loss and therefore lowers the risk of diabetes.
4.) Carrot

An orange-colored root crop. It is rich in vitamin A, antioxidants, minerals, fibers and other nutrients. It helps reduce the risk of cancer and cardio vascular diseases.
5.) Avocado

A botanically large berry containing a single large seed known as a “pit” It is sometimes referred to as a “super food” because of its amazing health benefits. It contain the vitamins A,E,K and B6. It also has monounsaturated fatty acids and lots of calories.
